Delonghi Magnifica 4000?

The infusor get's somewhat stuck.
The best I can describe this is that when you put the machine on it goes through an initial setup once the water starts heating, and when the infusor goes up the motor won't seem to slow down and keeps pressing it upwards until it makes an awfull noise. It then goes down again but keeps the triangle exclamationmark light on (like there is no infusor in the machine). tried it without the infusor no weird nioses but when infusor is put in again the problemis back once again.
