vokera boiler?

Hi I have a vokera compact 24 that goes red after ten min running on heating it does it on hot water aswell but not as much had engineer out and he replaced the main sensor and overheat starter but still went red the engineer realised that the flue is the wrong flue for the boiler could this be the problem and ideas would be much apreciated thanks
