Re: Zanussi essential 1200. The usual programme was started, clothes in machine but it won't start on any programme and I cannot open the door. All the lights are on.
try powering it down , unplug it , or turn the power going to it for a hour or two and then try it , on a lot of washing machines you cant open the door with the light on, its a saftey thing, try unpower it,, and have it turned off before you turn the power back on.
