How do I fix a fisher paykel washer IWL12?

There is only one spring and that is on the front left corner. One end hooks around the suspension rod and the other end gors to a plastic hook on the top of plastic ring that sits on top of the bowl. At front of the deck lid is 2 plastic covers that can be pried out. Underneath is a screw. Remove the screw and lift the top deck carefully. You will be able to raise it far enough to put the spring back. The spring pulls the bowl away from the out of balance lever on the right rear corner.
