Mend Indesit 1063W Washing Machine Repair Fault

Indesit 1063W washing machine won't spin, how can I fix?

The spin cycle on my Indesit 1063W does not work. After washing it simply drains the water out of the drum without spinning.
Is it the programmer at fault? If so, are they repairable? If it needs replacing are they available and what is the aproximate cost?
