Can anyone help just bought an 03 plate renualt clio the imobiliser light keeps flashing and the car wont start is my key faulty or something wrong with imobiliser system any help would be grateful.

If you have just bought it, take it back, get your money back and buy another car anything but a renault, they are the worst manufacturers for electrical/electronic faults that cost more than the car is worth to get fixed!!!
