peugeut 406 coupe engine wont start economy mode staying on?

All lights on dash just won't start had a slight bum on bumper and every time I go under bonnet and close it the economy. Mode comes on dash I've managed before to get it starter by pressing the cut out button on the engine as I belive the sensor is saying I've had a bump but it doesn't seem to b working
