Samsung LE40R87BDX no backlighy after capacitors and EEPROM replaced?

Hi All,

After my Samsung LE40R87BDX would not power on with just clicking I replaced the Capacitors and the EEPROM IC chip. Now the clicking has stopped and the tv powers on, but I get no backlight or picture, just sound. If you hold a torch to the screen you can see fuzzyness, but no illumination. I have been into the service menu and reset all configuration, but no difference. Any ideas, would be more than welcome!
