i cannot remove the front to get to the filter for the bosch classicxx?

the door on the bottom panel is opened by pushing on the centre clip, if the problem is removing the filter itself it should undo by rotating anticlockwise, if this fails you its probably jammed solid in there and you may need a service engineer to sort it
