How can I fix my concept advanced microprocessor alarm panel?

When I came down the other morning I forgot to switch my alarm off so of course it started. I switched it off and reset it. However, later in day when I tried to switch it on, two zones kept flashing and would not let me set the alarm. I have both sensors and pads on doors. Do you think me triggering the alarm off had anything to do with it, and can anybody help me to sort it out. Have tried reprogramming it, but still the two zones keep flashing.
