glow worm micron 40ff reset light and burner light flashing?

we have had replaced the pcb board to fix above problem this lasted 24hrs now now we have the reset light flashing slowly and the burner light flashing fast i looked at the manual and it states we have to replace the thermistor...what i wont to know if i disconnect the thirmistor from the pcb should the boiler run
