Freezer not freezing?

Hi, I have a Bosch Classixx frigge/freezer (Kgu30605) .
Unfortunately, the temperature in both the freezer and the fridge keeps rising.
The whole display starts flashing (alarm indicator on)
I then find the freezer max setting is now on -16 and the
fridge setting +2 is now on +8 .
Sometimes the display starts flashing when I open either the fridge door or the freezer door.
I would appreciate it if someone could help with this problem.
