how do i take apart my model 1695-d upright steam vacuum cleaner?

i would like to try and change the motor on my model1695-d upright vacuum cleaner as it's smoking alot.would like to know if there is a site that has information sheets on how to take it apart.or drawings of some sort.maybe you can help me out with this as i have spent abit of time on the net to find something,but have had no success as of yet,so as not to look at what amodel it is a bissell.

The smoke may be coming from the power brush belt if the brush roller has something wound up in it. Check to make sure the roller is turning freely.
