how can i fix central locking on my 2003 2.2vectra?

Had a new wing mirror put on at maindealer on my 03 2.2 vectra got home ¢ral locking not working all lights flash when fob pressed it locks & re opens straightaway have to lock all doors manually then won't open with fob have to press lock button on fob to open it any ideas
