Mend Panasonic Reset Paper Jam

how can i reset paper jam message on fax?

there is no paper jammed in my fax but it keeps saying Paper Jammed and I cannot receive any faxes, it goes to memory. If I unplug my machine, I lose the fax in memory. Is there a way to reset 'paper jammed' so I can once again receive faxes? I have an old Panasonic Fax model KP-250
