replacement bulbs in plc-sw20 projector are not working?

My replacement bulbs in plc-sw20 projector are not working. The old bulb that needs replacing still works. Any suggestions?

hai Rich,

Might be the lamp that you have replaced newly is itself the damaged one.
Some time the new lamps also might not work,
please find with the suppliers to replace it.
