omg how do you order a part??

rang howdens spares today as my dishwasher door falls open there is no tension there at all, so i get asked is it the spring or the rope that is broken??? exray vision required how am i supposed to know, you dont get a breakdown pic with parts listed when you purchase this heap of crap, so was informed the best thing to do was to have an engineer out and he will tell me what parts i need, cheaper to buy a new dishwasher,

What other advice could he give you,

however you are right about a crap appliance though.

I would gladly charge you £80+vat to give you a part number.
