my beko dryer is blowing fuses?

When you say fuse do you mean fuse or the house trip.Totally different!!
if its a condenser dryer it could be the pump at the back allowing water to build up and get in to the element.Remove the kidney shaped back panel to expose the element and see if it is all wet inside there.if it is you need to investigate the pump

my seal, bearings and belt have been replaced already. They have nothing at all to do with fuses.

You will need a test meter, 1st unplug it. open it up, at the point of power entry to unit, a noise suppressor, might be obvious faulty if blown open, make a note of where wires go, unplug 1 from the outlet side of it, the side going to rest of m/c test it for short, you could also try pluging m/c in with the wire off, and well out of the way of anything else, if fuse blows, that filter faulty. if not, check heater element, should have a low resistantace between connections, and high to casing, if short cct, faulty, try unplugging it, and see if fuse blows. about only other thing would be motor
