My bosch hbc84k5.0b has power but will not function in any mode?

I wonder if anyone can help resolve what is wrong with my oven. When I try to switch it on in any mode the interior light comes on but it will not function Then I cannot get the interior light to go off again I need to switch the power off, leave it a while then switch back on
