side by side whirlpool fridge freezer model 20r1-d3 sf?

freezer ok fridge is set at 6c but temp in fridge is minus 2 c

Sounds like the air diffuser / air baffle top left of the fridge is stuck open.
Ice around that area causes loads of problems.
