so it gets some heat?
check element and also check vent hose is clean especially if it goes through a wall vent.Also don't overload and clean front filter every time

That model has a two heat settings, its possible that either you a running it on the gentle setting,
(reduced heat),or the element has failed.

If you remove the heating assembly from the tumble and inspect it visually you may see a break in the element,

or you could meter it on continuity .
