tedelex dryer not drying properly?

just fitted new starting cap and center fan drive belt to tedelex 600 dryer.it heats up nicely but does not dry clothes properly even on long cycle.it also stops sometime in middle of cycle for a couple of minutes and then start by itself again.what am i missing
