Mend Volkswagen Golf R32 Vw Key

How can I reset my vw golf key fob?

Car is locked and only has a boot lock which key won't unlock, and need to reset the key fob.
Car is 52plate 3 door golf r32
put new battery in fob, and need to reset it but can't mechanically open the door to do the reset tactics I've read about using the ignition inside the car??
Please help!!!

All I can suggest is you get some decent penetrant oil such as Plusgas and spray it in the bootlock, some gentle wiggling of the key might then open it.
Either that or take a hammer to the smallest/cheapest window that will let you gain access.
