Mend Electrolux RM4270 Fridge Freezer Stay

I have a Electrolux RM4270 fridge?

The freezer compartment door will not stay closed until we close the outer fridge door against it. Does anybody know how the door stays shut? I think a part is broke but I cannot see what. It was broke when I bought the caravan.
