Bosch maxx900 washing machine won't wash or spin?

Hi All

How do you remove the drum from a MAXX WAE18060 front loader.

It appears tha the drum has dropped in the plastic inner shell

Also try earths & connectors to brush assemblies. May be loose Also filter box at bottom front right. May be blockage. A $2 coin can cause blockage and inhibit drain/spin. Good luck

Problem most likely carbon brushes in the motor worn. (they are black carbon strips with a spring behind to pass elctricity to the armature, the rotating part.) Remove wire from them and slide brass tag to get them out these black strips are what should be 8mm long.

Thanks jj, is the brave clutch assy part of the motor? As I have managed to pull the motor off and was going to get it tested. Also what do you mean need to be more than 8 mm long at least?
