How to drain water from Sabre 29HE?

How can I drain water from a Sabre 29HE boiler? I can't find any draining cocks it seems, even the service manual here http://www.sabreboilers.co.uk/Sabre_HE_Combi_install.pdf mentions them, but doesn't show where they are.

Thank you for your answer, I removed the front panel and looked everywhere: there is no "pressure relief valve" that I can see, and no pipes go out of the house.
So unfortunately I still have no clue. :(

Only to drain boiler or whole system there must be drain out in pipe work lower part on pipe or out side house ,to drain boiler only shut flow and return valves on boiler ,open pressure relief valve
