peugeot 307 1.6hdi sw black smoke/soot from exhaust?

Hi people just needing a bit of advice on mrs wifes peugeot 307 sw 1.6hdi, 54 plate. Bought it from a con man everything seems to need to be done on it. When it starts it runs fine but then when you rev it it smokes black, and leaves black soot on the rd. Put it on diagnostics at say numerous things man one being boost sensor, replaced this but no change. Also had 2 new injectors, new fuel and air filter. Fap filter removed and remapped. Engine light on and says antipollution fault on dash. Any sensible advise appreciated.
