2004 renault kangoo door locks?

I have a 2004 1.6 auto kangoo with double rear doors. No manual lock on them or key as they are meant to work off central locking button but they won't (lock that is).
Used to work if you whacked the door!! But now nothing. Anyone know where the rear door electric switches etc are? Or likely solution? Not sliding door but the rear ones. Thanks
