Mend Bristan Trinity Cartridge Mixer

replacing cartridge for bristan trinity mixer?

Hi Guys having replaced seals on my Bristan Trinity cartridge, I have refitted cartridge into body but shower will not turn off. I have closed disc spline at rear still same problem. Any suggestions before bying new cartridge.
