How can I fix my Accenta 6 alarm?

Had to switch off power to house,now alarm will not work.There is power to box LED is on,but no LED on keypads,all fuses ok,all low voltages 15v are present in panel and at keypads.but have noticed that with no mains power on the battery output voltage is only about 6volts.Can you help thanks..
