Mend SGR K123 Steam Generator Iron

Steam Generator iron?

SGR Proffessional K123 purchased from LIDl. Iron does not heat up fully and steam does not generate properly. All lights on iron and generator are on but not working. On pressing steam button on iron water comes through sole plate.
