Delonghi Magnifica ?

Hello,

Please help me. I have a Delonghi 3200 Coffee Maker.
There are both single and double cups lit (green) and hazzard light in red is lit. The defuser is over to the right so I cant remove it. What should I do. I have read the article where the peson removed the back and wound the motor back so they could remove and clean the defuser. How do I do this ?.
The back is now off. Please help.

turn it off from the electric. will rewind.

just plug it back in and switch it back on a few times. THe diffuser should return to the noraml position.

Cleaning may fix the problem from here.
