Mend Honda izy Lawn Mower Dies Start

Honda izy runs only at 45 degrees?

My honda izy is 2 months old and has always started first time. today it died whilst mowing . It would not re start then i found that it would start and run perfectly if i tilt the mower 45 degrees to the right ( air filter up) it will run perfectly at this angle and as soon as i return it to the grass it dies instantly. ???
