managment light loss of power bad idle vectra b sri?

hi having intermitent managment light loss of power bad idle ,tryed the usual clean throttle body,and idle air valve ,but still persists.whith ignition on but car not running idle air valve has a loud buzz ,never noticed before is this normal .pull off the plug push back on and restart engine managment light out restart later could be on or off .any ideas??
