Having problem with whirlpool awo/d 4505?

Hi I have just noticed that my washing machine isn't working properly, when you put it on for a wash it seems only water is going in where normally its all white and bubbly. And when the wash is done they are still dirty, no lights are coming on to clean pump or anything?
