how can i fix my nissan primastar 04 reg 1.9dci?

hi my van has been losng power for the last 3 months the accelerator stops working after 3000 revs ive replaced the pedal and it hasnt sorted the problem also ive replaced the turbo and the air flow sensor and erg valve wit no joy has anyone else come across this problem

I have had a couple of vans not revving above this and it was the crank sensor,you could maybe try one from a scrappy.Another thing to lookat is your air intake system,check filter,intercooler/hoses etc.
