heatline boiler c24?

hi could you help,my boiler works with the heating but no hot water at all....just wanted to know if you guys could help so i dont get ripped off ...??? thanks

Diverter valve or just motor is faulty ,if motor just push out and replace,take out see if pin is moving in and out
