Repair/replace internal leaking waste pipe under concrete ?

My washing machine plastic waste pipe passes under
concrete extension inside the house before reaching
outside of the house.

Any ideas on repair/replacementof the broken pipe without disturbing the concrete ,tiles & fitted kitchen uniits above the broken pipe will be greatly appreciated.
