Ring round your local renault dealers. The first I spoke to needed all sorts of paperwork plus 15 quid(Hereford). The next (Shrewsbury) did it for free just wanting to see the v5. Guess who gets my custom now? The staff at the dealers put the code in for me ( done on the remote control on right of steering column)
