dhw problem?

hi guys,i am having a problem with my dhw,i isolated the cold main to remove a bathroom suite when i came to turn on at the end of the day the dhw wont fire up but the heating is fine,i looked at the fault finding in manufacturers instruction and it say replace main harness but there is no fault lights anybody had this before
