when i turn wheel at back of machine sounds like something is in drum?

Probably something caught between the inner and outer drums.Shine torch through inner drum and rock back and forth to see object (it is often a bra-wire come out) to retrieve it requires the heater to be removed and fish it out with a stiff wire or similar.May need engineer to do this depending on your capabilities Cheers
