Megane cabrio window stuck down?

I have found this forum really helpful after my driver rear window got stuck down after putting the roof back up . I have Sainsbury's breakdown here trying to temporarily fix until I can contact Renault tomorrow, to check if they can fix it at 25% of cost as mentioned in the forum threads. Hope they can as my car is a 55 plate. Will let you know outcome.
