I have a hot point FDW60 that was not heating, replaced heater still not heating, have now replaced PCB and the fast wast light flashes and I cannot select a wash or anything. If I put the old PCB back in its fine apart from it doesn't get hot, do I need to reset it with the new PCB in? Or just take it in the garden a hit it with a large stick and or hammer?
I tried but it wouldn't seem to let me do anything, can't remember what it said but something along the lines of turn on dishwasher, shut door wait for cycle to start, turn off press something? As soon as the door is shut it starts humming and the fast light flashes? Thanks

Hi, when you replaced the module in the dishwasher, did you initiate it according to the instruction leaflet that was supplied with the module ?
