Hi Washing Machine not heating water. Checked heater, found to be dead.. New heater still not heating water. Checked terminals whilst machine in operation, no voltage should be 240v.

hi i guess you have fitted a new element.. while in heated washing cycle test on element with neon on terminals one at a time.. if you have both live the main p c b .. as in the brain of the machine we call the board.. has gone.. but still can wash on cold cycles..
