what i meant was when i go into first gear i loose speed , it feels like the car wants to stop, i then move into second gear its ok for awhile then i feel the same in in that gear.

if someone says it could be your fault it isn`t their money they are wasting if it is wrong,I think it may be in your best interest to get the motor onto a relevant code reader to see what faults are stored and also reset your service light,good luck
