remove door trays?

Hi

I do not have the user manual for my powerpoint fridge model sr135r

The door trays appear to be stuck in position -no grips or screws holding them in

However it is not possible to easily remove them to clean and I'm afraid I'll break then if I force them off

Where could I get a manual?
