F3 fault?

Help.
My glowworm 30cxi is showing an f3 fault and I can't find any info on f3, it is not in the manual or on any websites that I can see.
The boiler will not ignite.
Does anybody know the cause of f3.

Test for continuity on each cable connecting to fan from pcb.

Once done check you are getting 24 DC at the fan blue and red cable.

replace fan see what happens.

if you go to www.glow-worm.co.ok/service-and-technical/fault-finding-codes-25k, it gives all the fault codes for glowworm, the F3 codes says" ( FAN UNABLE TO REACH INGITION SPEED, i have look at other web sites on F3 problems on different makes and the all give a fan problem..
