Mend Trimmac 210 Petrol Spark Plug

Trimmac 210 strimmer?

I seem to have a petrol block somewhere, it isn't the fuel pipe, (they are new), and it isn't the fuel take up in the tank, (this too is new) as is the spark plug. Can anyone help me find out where the block is?? The primer bulb, when depressed , sticks in and fails to suck up fuel. Any help will be appreciated.
