Drum doesn't turn or heat, is the motor burnt out? tried spinning the drum but nothing. would this stop the heater from working? or could it be a safety switch on the door?
Does the full back need to come off to get access to the motor?
Have you had any luck with your dryer? I have a white knight, different model to yours but the problem seems to be the same! I am lost without it and desperately need it back up and running so was hoping someone had got back to you.
