How can I get my Tefal Pro Express model 2931 to create steam ?

if you hear the click sound it means power is getting to the pressure pump (solenoid) but no water due to block in water line or in pump. pump normally tricky to open and clean but it is possible to repair if you really put effort in.could also be not enought heat generated but then you will see water and not steam getting to iron.only way to find fault is by removing pipes and pump
